Summer is for Grilling
Grill Food!
Grilling is a favorite pastime when the weather turns warm. Skewers are simple and quick to make. For me, grilling is best when charcoal is used. I also prefer to grill in a park, preferably near a river. What is your favorite pastime when summer arrives?
Yum...those look delicious! Love all kinds of things on the grill. We use gas but I must admit, I do love the charcoal flavor. Our son still uses it. Thank you for your kind comment on my post and you asked what kind of camera I use. Well, I use all three that I own...I started my blog with my little Sony Cyber Shot point N shoot and still use it when I want to get in really close. It have an awesome macro setting that amazes me (it's about 9 years old). Then I purchased a used Pentax K100D DSLR and added a Tamron 70-300 ml lens but them purchased another used Canon SX40HS, what they call a bridge camera. It has an awesome 45x zoom on it. Have a wonderful weekend!
Grilling really is great! And those kabobs look absolutely delicious! I agree, it is a great summer activity and is especially fun for family outings in a local park! Also, charcoal is really the way to go. It really makes the meat taste the best and leaves so much flavor to be enjoyed. Have fun grilling!

ReplyDeleteBeing lazy :) Hot summer days are meant to be enjoyed book-in-hand, snacks and cool drink at your elbow. Happy 4th of July!
ReplyDeleteI love food cooked on the grill. We have a gas grill though.
